The So Cal .5 Pro Lite Series Race 3 and 4 of the 2019 season are now history. Race 3 on Saturday had mild temperatures but due to windy conditions the race was ran in a 1/8th mile format, on Sunday the wind would not be an issue and competition returned to the 1/4 mile.
Race #3 Pro Class:
The semi- finals would see John Guinn and his 02 Chevy Camaro square off against Merle Williams and his 55 Shoebox Chevy, at the top end Guinn`s car got loose and he had to let off to save it giving Williams the win and a spot in the finals. On the other side of the ladder it would be Steve Cox getting the win in the semi`s. After five grueling rounds of competition the final saw Cox and Williams battle it out with Williams coming out on top.
