With the two time trial passes complete So Cal .5 Pro Lite Series racers went into round #1 of eliminations around 3:30pm.

After round 1 was complete it was decided by the So Cal .5 Pro Lite Series race committee that the race could not go on due to the lack of light and would be official after round 1 with no winner. Points: Each racer was awarded 30 points and the winners of round 1 an additional 20 points.
